Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you can select a currency based on your personal preferences. When you select your country in the Country selector at the top right of the website or are taken directly to your country's version of the website, you will see prices listed in your currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
We do everything we can to process orders quickly and unfortunately we cannot make updates after an order has been placed if it has already been handed over to the courier. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing your delivery address. If an error has been made with your order information, the quickest solution is to create a new order with the correct information and contact our Customer Service.
Do you offer GiftCards?

How long does it take for the products to arrive?
We will deliver the products to you as soon as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 days of the order date. Please contact our customer service if your delivery has not been received by the dates described.
How to return my items?
We offer free returns to all customers. You will therefore only have to cover the shipping costs. Remember: we strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered tracked service and that you obtain and retain proof of postage as we do not accept responsibility for items that do not arrive with us.
